I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO) in Feb 2012
Interview
Engaged with company through college career fair. Was invited for an on-site interview where I met with the sales managers briefly (conversational questions--no behavioral), an account executive (asked lots of general questions, none behavioral based, and was able to ask her any questions about the position), and a sales manager again (to discuss compatibility for position, last thoughts, etc). I was then brought into the "office" to meet everyone who came rushing over to say hello--it was a nice gesture but seemed a little superficial.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Question 1
Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
Simple and straight forward interview process. One screen call and two different zoom interviews. Asked all the basic questions nothing too difficult Was given an offer but decided not to take it.
