Insight Global was the middle man in my interview process. I've worked with other recruiting firms in the DMV, some good and others well, let's say they left much to be desired. IG provided a professional setting and the formal one on one interview confirmed my first impression over the phone.
Be prepared for the interview, be clear about your expectations and I think you'll have a similar experience.

Interview
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
