HR Basic interview then followed up by Technical / Personal Interview with HOD to Test Functional Knowledge , understand candidate's strategy to tap new market segment and attitude to accept challenges in a new field, Marketing, Knowledge of Product, Potential Market Segment , Client Database , Sourcing new client info. Then negotiation with HR on salary package and general info like notice period , etc.
