I recently interviewed with ITC for a Data Engineering role, and the experience felt unusual. Everything happened very quickly. I had a technical assessment, a casual conversation, and a recorded video interview all in one day. That pace made me question how thorough their hiring process actually is.
During the process, they told me about a two-year contract that includes a large financial penalty if you leave early. That immediately seemed like a red flag. They also mentioned they might "add experience or skills" to my resume after training. At first I thought they meant helping with formatting, but the way it was explained made it sound more like they were referring to adding fake experience.
I also noticed the company has very little presence on LinkedIn, and there aren’t many actual employees listed. Combined with the strange interview and contract terms, it just didn’t sit right with me.
