The interview process was brief. My phone screen with the recruiter was scheduled for 30 minutes, but lasted only 18 minutes due to the minimal number of questions asked. It felt like the recruiter quickly determined I wasn’t the right fit but continued the interview out of curtesy for as long as possible.
