First step was a 30 minute qualifying call with recruiter, who asked standard questions and determined fit for one or more roles. Next step was a video interview with hiring manager.

Was kept in the loop at every step. A lengthy background check may be done so be prepared for lots of questions. Phone, face to face and video link up is likely part of the process.

Interview
Quick and only two questions. I had more questions asked of me when I was working part time in college. Very disappointed in how they screen applicants. They should dig much deeper than two questions.

How many people have you managed and your salary range? Nothing else this is it. They will pass up many good people interviewing like this. Very poor way to interview senior level people.
