The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Info Support (Veenendaal) in Jan 2020
Interview
Got recruited out of a minor in College. You have to do a couple of test (IQ test, programming test, test to check if you fit in). You get a phone interview with the recruiter, an interview with a consultant and lead programmer to discuss the IQ and programming test.

Question 1
What is the difference between a compiled programming language and a interpreted programming language?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Info Support (Veenendaal) in Nov 2023
Interview
I got contacted through a recruiter on linkedIn.
Did an initial interview over the phone. Since I was looking for an internship, or in Dutch, afstudeerstage, I asked for extra information on that.
A whole section of their website is dedicated to this and it was really easy to find more details.
After that I made a personality test, an IQ test and a technical assessment. From the 3 the technical was by far the hardest. Mine was specific to Java and SQL.
I did my 2nd interview with 3 people, the recruiter, a technical lead and someone who's position I forgot.
Basic questions like who I am and what I'm looking for were asked.
Then the technical lead started asking question about the technical assessment which was gruelling. Really hard and very technical questions were asked and sometimes I got a response like "This is pretty basic", which wasn't that nice to hear.
But he was also very open to just talk about the answer I gave and how I got to them.
Got a call back that same afternoon with an offer.
