The interview process was clear and professional. I first had a short HR screening where they explained the role and expectations. Then there was a technical interview that focused on practical coding skills and real-world problem solving rather than tricky puzzles. The interviewers were friendly and created a comfortable environment. Overall, the process was well organized and gave me a good impression of the company’s culture.

How do you handle challenging situations when you have multiple deadlines, and how do you prioritize tasks under pressure?
Phone call interview "initial screening" and then an on-site interview at the company's headquarters. Where you are interviewed by two team leaders. Later you go on an interview with HR and Project manager.

Interviews mainly are in stages. Stage one is Questions to test your English language abilities stage two is Programming questions mostly OOP focused questions. Also, they will ask about previous experiences and projects.
