I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infini Systems (Mumbai) in Mar 2023
Interview
This position required only 1-hour interview with co-founder - Gautam. They wasnt serious about hiring me which was very obvious when discussing with HR on phone. I still went to the office since I had another interview at BKC.
He joined 25 min late, 15 min asked HR-related questions, and did 10 min of technical. My resume had 6 job switches and the first thing he said was - ' I am not comfortable hiring you since you have switches, I prefer those who are there with me for more than 10 years.'
When leadership believes in such amateurish/orthodox philosophy expect the following -- the entire company is filled with low wages low skilled, the promotion will be based on loyalty/connections instead of merits, lazy employees who will not promote/ implement new ideas, and obvious zero culture. This company is excellent for candidates who want to retire and can easily fool such amateur upper management. I am guessing it's already filled with many.
