Industrial Development interview questions

The interview process was in 3 phases, first round was the screening call, second round was technical and third round was about meeting the IT director and test if I’m good fit for the project and team. Overall experience was good.

It was not that bad, and it was straight to the point. I was asked about 10 questions: Tell us about yourself?, What I know About Records Management ?, Life cycle of a record? , strengths and Weaknesses?, challenges faced in the previous job?, what i know about POPIA and NARSA? CLEAN Desk policy?.....and more
