I received an email within a couple of days asking additional questions regarding salary, why I wanted to work there, etc. Then got an email to set up a phone interview within a couple of hours, scheduled for the next week. Interview was 45 minutes with an internal recruiter. Recruiter was easy to talk to, knew her tech, and made me feel very at ease.
