Improbable Software Engineer interview questions

A rushed, disjointed interview. The interviewers seemed disengaged, and the whole experience felt strange and awkward. I didn’t feel I could properly complete it and was left with a poor impression.

Very strange process. First call was with a talent partner. Second call was with a designer. Designer spoke about what they've worked on and clients, then asked 4 questions regarding react and typescript. I'm guessing they base your technical ability of these 4 questions. My suggestion would be to rethink your hiring process, one of the strangest I've seen.
