Interview
There were two interviews back-to-back, first with another consultant and the next with a higher-up. Both were on Microsoft Teams and about 30 minutes each. They felt very casual, average interview questions, but a lot of time for you to ask questions. However, they took a very long time to get back to me.
Very simple interview process. 1st round with the recruiter, 3 rounds back to back, no case interviews included, just behaviorals, and then a final round with a senior team member. Offline Excel skills course as well.

Interview
I had a phone interview with this company. It was a traditional phone interview where I explain my resume and applicable skills. I did not hear back from them or officially get declined which I find kind of unprofessional.
