Very friendly interviewers who were excited to learn about the candidates and were quite comforting as I am a nervous talker.
There were three interviews in total.
First with People and Culture Team
Second with Facilities and Projects Manager
Third is a technical interview
All asking questions related to the position such as;
How to handle blackouts or internet disruptions?
How to work with crossfunctional departments?
How to handle working under pressure?
Use of AutoCAD?

Interview
The interview at Ikigai was pretty quick, which was fine, but what threw me off was how much they focused on whether I'd "vibe" with the team rather than what I actually bring to the table. It felt like my skills and experience took a backseat.
