Idioma Internacional interview questions

The interview process was smooth, however they did not offer me a job until 2 months later. I really wanted to work for them, but I did not have the luxury to wait around for 2 months for an answer. In the future, if they are more up front about if you are hired or not, that would make things easier for those applying.

Had an interview which seemed to go very well and was put through to second interview which also seemed positive. I was promised they'd get back to me within a week or so but never heard anything. A simple email would have been nice seeing as I took time off work (unpaid) to attend. I was asked to provide references and was told in the second interview these would be followed up and then I'd be contacted. They were not followed up.
