Was invited to the office twice to answer a few questions and discuss salary expectations. Was told they were positively impressed and already had tasks planned for me. Expected an offer in a week. Got ghosted for several months. After asking what happened a couple of times I was told they had sent an offer over but refused to elaborate and toldd me to reapply (???). Reapplied several times in the next couple of years only to be met with silence. The job description is still pretty much the same and I completely master every single aspect of the skills mentioned so I can only guess that they somehow sent me an offer to the wrong email address and someone made it their mission to immaturely reject my applications. They're still looking for the same roles for the past 3 years so if you get ghosted don't consider it a personal flaw, see it as a dodged bullet.
