I was contacted by a recruiting company. After some back and forth with them, I had a phone interview with the VP. I then had to take a numerical/verbal reasoning test. I was invited for an in-office interview where I met with the President and the Director of Technical Services for about 1.5 hours. I received a verbal offer around 45 minutes after leaving
