Analytical and C Programming Skills Test, One on One Discussions about Project Experience. I had to take online Test and some assignment tests. Tough questions were asked to know about all my previous employment. All background checks were done and I could get through without any issues.

External Consultant conducts the interviews..who doesn't have much idea about the work profile. Actual work profile and interview/JD details doesn't match. Easy going & situation based questions with bigger and larger scenario wrt BIG project lies.
