ISP interview questions

lengthy and boring, seemed that owner wanted to talk only about how his family immigrated from China and the struggles they had. Very little in the form of interview questions were asked and most of it pertained to what the company had done in the past. I felt that there was going to be a serious communications barrier right off the mark.
