It was actually really straightforward. I first spoke with the hiring manager, and right after that he arranged a chat with his boss. Once those were done, I had a session with my peers, which gave me a good sense of how they work and interact. The process wrapped up with a meeting with my future team members — which was great because I could already picture how it would feel working with them day-to-day.
