INSCALE is an insourcing company for Topdanmark in Malaysia. The first test that they asked me to do was an IQ test and a personality test. For the personality test, you just need to be honest. For the IQ test, there will be a sample test for you to familiarize with the questions. The second test is an interview with INSCALE HR. This is where you will be asked about your job history, reasons for leaving, etc. This is also where you can ask various questions about INSCALE itself. The third test is an interview with KL Site Manager. This is mostly talking about Topdanmark. The interviewer will explain more about Topdanmark, their business strategy, etc. This is where you can ask more about Topdanmark. The last one is a technical interview with an existing software developer and the solution manager. The solution manager will explain more what the developers are working on. Afterwards, you will be asked some technical questions.
