You can find job ads on linkedin or my workday jobs system. It is pretty basic. You pick the job and then apply to it. You can follow up from the system.
One day interview in the office of ING belgium with direct hiring manager + 2 traders + management + one corporate sales, pretty easy and simple process. Nice ambiance during interview, however hiring promise (more responsibility etc) not retained
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ING in Mar 2008
Interview
I really like the first person who interviewed me. I thought he was great, he was easy to talk to and we had a great conversation. But when I met with the CEO I don't think it went very well. Initially he was pretty nice, but I was confused about his follow up. He said he was going to hire me, I sent him an email. A week later, he said he wasn't going to hire me. He never explained to me what happened.
