The first stage was a phone screening with the recruiter then a phone interview with who would be my direct manager. Followed by a 1hr video interview with the Director level, a 3 hour detailed in-person interview with my direct manager and then an offer letter. I loved the interview process, as it allowed for the company the really understand and learn about me as well as allow me to get a feel for the company. This sort of interaction solidified my decision, because THIS is the kind of company I want to work for and grow with.
