Very responsive and transparent on the whole interview process. The technical interview consisted in technical situational questions but great emphasis is given to culture.

Past experience
It as not a hard process, pretty standard for data analyst jobs and no technical coding questions were asked. General knowledge and behavioral were the focus of most the conversations.
They did not answer my questions via mail regarding feedback.
Finally, they hired the one with contacts in the company. Therefore, knowledge and experience do NOT play a roll, but contacts do the job for you, even if you are not a good fit for the rol.
