she asks me some questions about childcare and my ability to work in other places , and told me that i can improve in my job if i want , they are so kind and try to explain their question to understand them
Very hardcore questions but was offered the position on the spot. Started off as a seasonal only to become a full time employee. Had to learn multiple departments because, Summer is the busiest time at IKEA.
