In person meeting with the manager. Background and job experience was discussed. Standard work based questions were asked and answered. Job was offered and training began the next week. Start to finish the interview took about 45 minutes.

Casual questions, like your previous experience, to tell positive characteristics of your self, why you want to work here, etc. Also if you want to ask something about the job or the company etc.
They ask you about yourself and ask how you fit with their company values. For example they would tell you about the value and then ask you a time in your life where you have related to that value.

Pretty easy. Interviewers were very friendly. Applied for the position through their website. Got an email from the senior recruiter asking to make a call. During the call , they scheduled an interview date.
