Very easy, they want to get to know you and is not too formal. If you bring up the IKEA values they will love that. Read the IKEA values and incorporate them into your answers

Applied online. They got back to me after a few days. Interview was with the supervisor of the department. Easy interview- just your basic "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work for IKEA" questions. Interview lasted around 15 - 20 minutes.

Pretty simple and comfortable to do. Definitely more informative as well. I enjoyed the people i conversed with too, they were so attentive and polite. All in all Ikea has some of the best mannered workers I've met.
