I applied for a part time job online and was called for an interview about two weeks later. When applying online, there is also a personality test to fill in. The interview was an hour long meeting with a person from the HR department. No difficult questions, more of a pleasant chat to figure out my motivations, to see if the amount of working hours offered would fit me and if I would fit in the team.
