It had a group dynamic first where there were 2 teams, and each one of them had to solve a given small project. Few days after was called for a 30min interview where we had to talk about ourselves and our background

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
