Interview
I had an interview with two of the managers and the process was easy, both the managers were friendly. They asked basic situational questions, took references and immediately informed that I was hired.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IKEA (Calgary, AB) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online. Got a call a few weeks later. The interview was really easy. It was more of an information session than an interview. The manager gave me a tour of the employees only area and then told me about the benefits they offer, the work schedule, and what I would be doing. The only questions I was asked were why I want to work at IKEA and what my availability is. The rest of the time was me asking her questions. The manager was really funny and made me feel really comfortable. I just had the interview today (Thursday) so still waiting to hear back. She said she would call my references and then call me on the weekend or Monday.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IKEA (Bloomington, MN) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call from the upper management asking for a call back the next day. I left a message and received another call from the hiring manager to do a phone screen. The hiring manager scheduled an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two team leads. It was an extremely casual interview with plenty of room to inject your own personality and give them a true feel for who you are as a person.
