After submitting my application i waited about two weeks before they asked me to take a personality assesement. They sent me my results week later and scheduled a phone interview that was very casual about my work history, skills and interest in the postion. On the phone they asked me to come on-site for a formal interview. The in person interview was about an hour long and very informal. I was told i was one of the “few” interviewers left. After i left, i never heard from them again. I sent two follow up emails and never heard a response.
