SImple, friendly with the interviewer working to assign you to a personality type. If you don't fit the personality matrices that they feel are beneficial to the area then it's more than likely that you won't be chosen. Out of two interviews only one got back to me with the other never getting back at all.

What attributes do you have that would help you work amongst a team?
Casual questions, like your previous experience, to tell positive characteristics of your self, why you want to work here, etc. Also if you want to ask something about the job or the company etc.
They ask you about yourself and ask how you fit with their company values. For example they would tell you about the value and then ask you a time in your life where you have related to that value.

Pretty easy. Interviewers were very friendly. Applied for the position through their website. Got an email from the senior recruiter asking to make a call. During the call , they scheduled an interview date.
