Interview
I was given a task to complete in 1 hour and send it back by email. The task was to create a moodboard for a summer collection, to define the summer collection and create my proposal for 3*3m display for summer collection at the airport (3D sketch). The next round was a telephone interview in English. I was informed that next round of interviews will be with Ikea directly. I am still waiting to hear from them.

About my previous retail experience, how much do I expect my salary to be, to give an example of how I worked in a team in the past, how do I react to change, to give an example of how I improved something at work.
Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
