I had a phone interview with Ikea after seeing their ad two weeks prior. It was very brief and the interviewer was very kind and friendly. I was very nervous so I stumbled a bit on the questions she asked. Mind you, the questions are very easy since they're just general enquiries about you and the job role. She asked me five questions in total so she can analyse if I am fit for the role. Overall, the interview was good despite not getting any offers.

It was an exclusive interview with people invited from two colleges. The number of applicants was over 25. We had basic introductions, a GD and an interview afterwards. My interviewers were polite though same was not the case for other people.
