I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IKEA (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2024
Interview
Online, one-way interview. Very extensive, 7 questions with around 30 seconds to prepare, timed, with a countdown. You had an additional option to record a second video if you were not happy with your first attempt. Very stressfull and impersonal, and way too much. I did not reach the next round, and was sent a standard email, with a coupon for meatballs in their cafeteria. Made me feel used and offended,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions was about prioritising in a stressfull situation. Like if you had 2 different projects to complete, but not enough time. What would your solution be? (A red flag in itself, they put a lot of emphasis on IKEA being a "fast paced enviroment").
Had to do an entire day of interview in person, with three assignments (one at home before the interview, one group, and one individual). They offered to give feedback after they rejected me. I didn't get one when I asked for it.
