De sollicitatieprocedure leek in het begin heel vlot te verlopen, er was geen duidelijkheid op verloning. Reacties werden trager. Na twee maanden kreeg ik de antwoord dat hun aanwervingnoden aan het herbekijken zijn

Direct approach and intrusive questions. Informal behaviour. Lack of preparation on the employer's side regarding the role and duties. Lots of promises, and a lack of a clear vision for the position.
