I followed up twice, and while I received polite responses, the final decision came nearly a month after the promised date, with no substantial feedback provided. Given the relocation and logistical considerations for the role, this lack of communication was frustrating.
The experience left me feeling like candidate care wasn’t a priority. While the team seemed professional during the interview itself, the extended delay and vague updates reflected poorly on their recruitment process.
