It is a three step process starting with a phone interview, then an in person interview with the Vice President of Operations, and then a final interview with the President. It does require a background check and a drug screening. The interview process was about 2 weeks in all. There were a lot of questions that were asked that seemed off topic but were later reveal to just be them trying to gauge my personality to make sure I was a good fit. There weren't that many technical questions fortunately. They were most interested in my long term goals in the interviews.
