Throughout the process I spoke with their production Ops guy who was basically getting a feel for who I was before introducing me to Dylan and his Sr. graphic designer. At some point there was invited from Houston out to Dallas to have a trial work week and had my stay covered by the company. Didn't take long for them to reach out afterwards about hiring me on.
