Mock lesson with sit down interview. Lesson presented to students whilst being assessed by interview panel. Then taken through many directed questions which allow you the opportunity to describe how you would approach various classroom scenarios, your subject knowledge and safeguarding understanding.

Interview
I applied online and was subsequently invited to an assessment and a panel interview.
I applied for a temporary role but they were looking for a permanent member of staff. They advertised for a temporary position because they offer one year contracts at a time. The Headteacher made it pretty obvious that she was unhappy with me for looking for a temporary position, which obviously makes no sense because that's what they advertised.
