Human Resource Development (Malaysia) interview questions

The interview process itself went smoothly, but my experience with HR was quite unprofessional. When I followed up on my interview status, they repeatedly ignored my questions and left me without any clear updates. Additionally, they requested important documents, yet when I reached out for a follow-up, they failed to respond, leaving me in limbo. If I wasn’t selected for the role, they shouldn’t have asked for these documents in the first place. It only created false hope and unnecessary frustration. The entire interaction with their HR team was disappointing and left a negative impression.

A phone call to gauge interest followed by an interview with direct managers, then an assessment. The whole process took a long time but this was a while ago so maybe they have sped up.
