Had the interview in Lagos. The process was too long. It was literally tedious for low pay jobs. They can do better. I don't think there are many outsourcing companies that subject their applicants to such rigorous interview and employment process.

Very fast, after passing the assessment test, there was training for a few months which was done remotely and a few ones on site. After passing the training, hiring decision was made.
