I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hugo Creations (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was fast paced. It felt like it was so fast paced due to trying to confuse people who interviewed. I made it halfway through the interview before I walked out. He asked multiple math questions just to keep me invested in the "interview" while i was lectured at for how the company works. If I did not get the math question right within five seconds he would say "It was real simple I don't know why you missed that". I am sorry I did not know 3600x5000 off the top of my head. The worst part of the interview was I wanted to ask questions about the company because 40 minutes in I still knew nothing about the company (Their website, linkedin, and facebook are the worst I have ever seen for a supposed marketing company). Every time I asked a question I was told I could only ask questions at the end of the interview. I am kind of horrified at the fact that they started the interview by telling me I should demonstrate integrity then the company failed to do so. Also there were 4 interviews going on around me at the same time. While I kept gettingdistracted my interviewer told me "You need to maintain CEO qualities and ignore everything going on. This setting is a test to see how you react." Well, I felt manipulated, used , and lied to throughout the process. I found out about an affiliate they had in Nashville and when I brought this up the response was "How did you know about that?" While I may be new to the workforce this was by far the worst I have been treated. (I did not get an offer because I walked out of the interview)

Question 1
What are your short term, mid term, and longterm goals?
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hugo Creations (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
So it is a three stage process, and to be honest, they are going to focus on the glitz and glamor of where you could be. It honestly wasn't a hard interview, the people where nice, but you need to come ready to ask some hard questions. They start talking potential compensation ranges, start digging.

Question 1
So tell me about yourself.
What kind of qualities do you feel a leader should have?
It was a standard interview. Not important though, because it's an mlm. They don't pay their lower level associates a wage, and people only make money off of commission and building their team. Very sketchy.
