The communication in every interview was great. First interview is with a recruiter, then with hiring manager, and the final one is a panel interview with individuals you will be working with.

2 rounds of interviews without technical questions. Wanted to learn more about me and why I felt I would be a good fit at Hudl. Overall was very good process and was very productive.

What have I done to show that I am willing to learn.
It is a long process. You go through a series of in person and phone interviews with recruiters and managers, and you have to complete a project for them. They use the project to determine you quality of work.
