I recently went through the interview process at HubSpot, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience. The process was long and drawn out, with multiple steps that felt excessive. While I understand the need for thorough evaluation, the sheer number of interviews made it feel unnecessarily tedious.
Throughout the process, I received positive feedback from interviewers, which gave me the impression that things were going well. However, despite this encouragement, I was ultimately not offered the role. This left me feeling misled and disappointed, as the communication along the way did not set realistic expectations.
I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but I hope HubSpot refines its process to be more efficient and transparent in the future.
