I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HubSpot (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was efficient and well-organized. The questions were relevant, and the interviewer displayed a positive and professional demeanour, making for a pleasant experience overall. Also great follow-up for the answer.
Two things I liked: The people I spoke with were very friendly. Hubspot give you a lot of materials to prepare for interviews.
Two things I didn't like: I was not informed from the outset of how many rounds of interviews and tests the interview process would consist, and I actually still don't know. It took too long after interviews to learn whether you were invited to join a next step.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Melbourne) in Oct 2024
Interview

A couple of examples of this: I was told by the initial interviewer that the manager would want the successful candidate to 'bleed orange'. Secondly, after looking at the potential interview questions, there was a question along the lines of 'tell me about a time you had to fire a friend'. For these reasons, I felt that the organisation lacked professionalism.
