I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HubSpot (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was pretty straight forward, all the steps were clearly explained with what to expect. There additional material provided. To be fair one of the best interview that I had in my unemployed era.
I would advise people going in to be more carefull at the roleplay stage. You should be able to sell confidently. So do the research and prep but dont do it too much. The recruiter highlighted that as downside. Also a good thing they offer feedback with details after the interview process, so that was helpful.

Question 1
Name a time that had a difficulty and how did you overcome it.
Screening then with hiring manager typical cold call rehearsal, minimal pushback heavy emphasis on culture nothing exciting.
Overall the interview was a pleasant experience even though I declined in the end due to opposing offer
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Multiple rounds. Very nice interviewers. Prepare a lot of STAR based answers to basic questions. They're mostly trying to get a feel for your personality and how well you can talk.
