They commit to a high salary early on (after the 1st or 2nd interview) but then, after the final round, randomly cite a "poor review" to justify offering significantly less—sometimes 50% lower than the promised amount. The lack of transparency and the bait-and-switch on salary is unacceptable.

Interview
The interview went really well, and I felt very at ease with the interviewer. Although I made a lot of mistakes during the one-hour interview, she made sure I maintained my confidence. Speaking with an interviewer should allow one to express themselves freely and without worrying about being judged.
The interview included a written assignment, followed by three rounds such as technical and managerial discussions, concluding with the final round led by the HR Head, providing a comprehensive evaluation process.
