Hostplus interview questions

Did a first round interview, psychometric test, second round culture interview and met with the Chief People Officer. Was told to provide my references. My references were never contacted, nor was I. Was told I was going to be picked and paperwork was the only formality. I contacted the hiring manager and others but never received a response. Was never told if someone else was picked or the role was frozen. The psychometric tests took hours too, and I did them before I even had a second round interview. Stay away from Hostplus at all costs!

Extremely unprofessional HR, always unreachable via phone, only communicates via text, never follows through with what was discussed, they called to invite for an interview but never followed up to set a time, then ghosted candidate when they tried to follow up. Never heard back on anything
