There is no much to say about the interview because they basically "hire" as much candidates as they can and they will offer you training for three months. However, they will kick almost nearly 90% candidates and keep 1 or 2 candidates as official employees. In my case, the HR always delayed her work during my training period, and eventually she just disappeared without any exam or messages..

I took a bus for 7 hours to do the interview. But the interviewer only let us wait for about 40 minutes, talked to us for 5 minutes and gave us several questions to answer at home. And finally they notified that I was accepted and asked me to come at 9:00 am next day. I tried to contact them. Finally someone picked my call and hung up directly when he knew my intention. What a terrible and inhuman company!
